The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an Events and Administration background and exhibition experience; with a commitment to deliver strong customer service whilst managing and building strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors and partners. Strong Administration skills are required to manage the database and accurate reporting for the sales teams. Being part of a small team all team members are expected to help manage the office, support the well-being of all staff as well as helping to answer inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities include;
You will be highly organised with strong Event Administration skills and the ability to handle a large volume of inbound activity (email, phone calls and forms) whilst still delivering high-quality work within reasonable timeframes.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Manage all exhibiting companies including contract compilation, distribution and management once the contract has been received
- On-site event coordination
- Update / Publish Exhibitor listings
- Building strong relationships with exhibitors and customers
- Production and distribution of all key materials
- Source and Manage talent for shows including timetable production and communications
- Provide admin support to the sales team when required to ensure the sales team can maximise their selling time
- Manage final production of the printed and electronic show guide
- Manage all post-show activities including archiving, print summary and post-show emails
You will be highly organised with strong Event Administration skills and the ability to handle a large volume of inbound activity (email, phone calls and forms) whilst still delivering high-quality work within reasonable timeframes.
- Be a team player, happy to answer the phone, order office supplies, and manage print requirements along with staff entertainment.
- Experience in an Admin heavy event role is desirable
- The ability to manage your own action list for your key responsibilities with appropriate deadlines
