The Company:
An award winning strategic and creative experiential agency based in Sydney are looking for a Senior Events Manager to join their team. This agency loves to connect brands and audiences through the creation of powerful live and digital experiences that inspire emotion and influence behaviour.
The Role:
The Senior Events Manager reports to the Senior Producer and will be responsible working with clients to design and deliver events and experiential campaigns.
Key responsibilities will include;
You will have worked in a creative experiential agency previously and be an Events Coordinator, Project Coordinator or Junior Associate Producer and will be looking for your next step. You will be a natural organiser with an eye for detail, you will be able to self manage projects and support Producers in bigger projects as well.

The Role:
The Senior Events Manager reports to the Senior Producer and will be responsible working with clients to design and deliver events and experiential campaigns.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Corporate event design, management and delivery
- Client account and budget management including sales development and growth
- Venue and supplier sourcing, negotiation and management
- Preparation of relevant supplier invoices for the weekly payment run with the Finance Manager
- Collation and preparation of documents, reports and pitch presentation materials
- Pre-production and production schedule management
- Onsite event and crew management
- Support and assistance for Event Producers
- Support and training for Event Coordinators
- Collation and preparation of content for digital and social media channels
- General shared office administration and management
You will have worked in a creative experiential agency previously and be an Events Coordinator, Project Coordinator or Junior Associate Producer and will be looking for your next step. You will be a natural organiser with an eye for detail, you will be able to self manage projects and support Producers in bigger projects as well.
- Experience in an events agency as an Event Manager, Associate Producer or Project Coordinator
- Be highly motivated and results driven with exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
- Be proactive and able to make decisions
- Sound budget management experience
- Sound judgement and decision making
- Ability to travel interstate for events
