About the role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll be accountable for the success of all projects under their supervision.  You'll be supporting scoping activities, development of project plans and manage the delivery of defined outcomes on time, on budget and with high levels of customer satisfaction. Throughout the lifecycle of each project the role will manage dynamic project teams comprised of internal and/or external resources, mitigate risks and issues and provide regular status reporting.

  • Meeting Room Technology
You'll be working amongst some highly experienced Project Managers, Business Analysts, Program Managers and IT staff who will not only be your colleagues, but also your mentors.

About you
Qualifications and experience
  • 5+ years' experience in a relevant or directly comparable role(s);
  • Current qualification and/or accreditation in project management (eg PMP, PRINCE2, CSM);
  • Other relevant tertiary and industry qualifications will be highly regarded;
  • Current driver’s license.
  • Highly skilled in cross-functional collaboration, rapport-building and able to achieve results independent of direct reporting relationships;
  • Adept at engaging to understand business and customer needs then tailoring planning and delivery activities to meet requirements and achieve high measures of satisfaction;
  • Balance diverse workloads, priorities and deadlines within available resources, including effective management of customer and stakeholder expectations;
  • Able to accurately scope the resourcing effort, change complexity and end-to-end cost of projects.
