The Company:
This Professional Conference Organiser are an incredibly fast growing and well respected conference and events company, with a relaxed but highly efficient office and work from home environment. The majority of their work is managing conferences on behalf of Association and Society clients. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their rapidly growing team!
The Role:
The Project Manager will report to the Project Directors and the Executive Directors. The Project Manager will be responsible for working on projects from conceptualisation to completion for their clients while maintaining direct communication with the client so ensure timelines, budgets and deliverables are being met.
Key Responsibilities include;
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an Association or PCO looking for their next challenge. The candidate will ideally have experience working on conferences, and is constantly wanting to grow and learn. Demonstrated ability to problem solve, adapt and respond effectively under pressure is highly desirable.

The Role:
The Project Manager will report to the Project Directors and the Executive Directors. Key Responsibilities include;
- Ensure projects are on time and within budget through exemplary service delivery
- Have a complete understanding of the status and progress of all events under their control
- Keep the Senior Management Team informed of the status and progress of all events under their control
- Oversee logistics such as event order, floor plan, email campaigns, web update, post show reports
- Virtual Platform Building, and run sheet creation including Speaker training and recording instructions.
- Liaising with venues and contractors
- Manage registration processes
- Meeting with and reporting to clients, and responding in a timely manner to all client enquiries
- Publicity activities including; devising media plans and contracting PR assistance
- Liaising with venues and contractors
- Oversee the delivery of the event, ensuring all deliverables are being met

- Demonstrated ability to consistently prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively and efficiently work on more than 6 projects at a time, without effecting the progress of other projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead a varying number of staff and keep them motivated, productive and in good humour
- Be highly motivated to achieve a great result for all projects
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately under the pressure of immediate deadlines
- Excellent computers skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent reading and writing skills
