They deliver scalable events in the consumer, music, fashion, tech, corporate and lifestyle spaces and are experts in technical production and creative development. They are looking for a new Production Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team!
The Role:
This role represents an exciting opportunity to join our growing and dynamic
team as an Production Coordinator. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the event/production team as well as some simple admin/team support tasks. This is an opportunity to grow in the role, learn about all aspects of event management, production & design/creative and step up in your future career with the agency.

the events industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Events Administrator or Event Coordinator looking for a new challenge! The Role:

team as an Production Coordinator. Your primary responsibility will be supporting the event/production team as well as some simple admin/team support tasks. Key Responsibilities include;
- Events Support Tasks (80-90%)
- Admin/Office Management (10-20%)
- Event support (e.g. registration management, supplier/other research, copy checking/editing, sourcing, logistics, invoice processing, expense
management, travel booking/management, supporting event managers on event-specific tasks – supplier/venue sourcing & management etc.) - Overall team admin duties:
- Expenses & bill management
- Ensure the office is kept neat and tidy at all times
- Managing event deliveries/couriers
- Overall admin support for the team – travel & logistics booking etc

- Excellent Written & Spoken English
- Event experience, ideally with an event agency
- Experience working in an office environment as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong passion for the world of events & desire to learn & grow
- Strong organisation & administration skills
- Communicating confidently – both in person & via email
- A proactive team player – offering support & assistance to the team
- Thrives on juggling multiple projects & tasks & prioritising deliverables
- Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit
- Well presented
- Excellent computing skills – Google sheets/keynote/email etiquette
- A creative problem solver
- Time Management Skills
