The Company:
This leading events agency in Sydney has a great creative focus and is winning new business at a rate they can't manage with their existing team. We recently placed an Associate Producer and Senior Producer in this team and they are thriving. The agency now needs another Producer to join their growing team in the Sydney Office. The company have a great culture and a well-established team and is looking for another permanent Producer to join this team.
The Role:
The Events Producer will be working with the General Manager in Sydney as well as the Senior Producer on managing projects as they come up. This role will require someone to have produced conferences and award shows from start to finish with an understanding of content, working with technology, and experience producing things like conferences, product launches and B2B events online and love.
Key responsibilities will include;
Having a background in producing events like conferences, award shows and B2B events is essential for this role. Previous events agency experience is essential and an ability to foster and grow client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Overseeing the creative strategy & content with the client to produce an online event
- Producing B2B Conferences and awards for clients
- Working with the client on their brief and moving from conceptualisation through to project planning
- Managing the projects with clients from start to finish
- Client relationship management and communications
- Budget management and reporting
- Producing critical paths, timelines, run sheets, contracts
- Work with online and live technology suppliers and ensure everything is combined to make it work for clients
- Managing the technological requirements, managing speakers and input and be able to put together an online or live event
Having a background in producing events like conferences, award shows and B2B events is essential for this role. Previous events agency experience is essential and an ability to foster and grow client relationships.
- Experience as an Event Manager or Associate Producer and looking to take the next step in their career
- Strong experience working on conferences and corporate B2B events
- Experience working for an events agency, with experience managing clients and working on briefs
- Exceptional client and supplier relationship management skills
- Be highly motivated and results-driven with exceptional organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience
- Must love events and have a strong passion for events culture
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results-driven
- Be proactive and able to make decisions
- Sound budget management experience
- Sound judgement and decision making
