The Company:

This leading events agency is looking for 2 Event Coordinators to join their rapidly growing team! This company has a great reputation for their work in the pharmaceutical space and they have a great team who we have worked with for numerous years. There's two roles available here, one for a Junior Coordinator at $55K - $65K plus super and one for a mid level Coordinator from $65K - $75K plus super depending on experience. 

The Role:

The Event Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager, and will work closely with the Account Managers, Event Managers and other Event Coordinators. This role will be responsible for client and project management, and will work on a wide variety of events.

Key Responsibilities include;
  • Small meeting management (day meetings, Advisory Boards, Speaker Tours)
  • Small online meeting portal management
  • Develop critical path
  • Build registration sites using EventsAIR
  • Delegate management
  • Travel management (group flights and transfer booking and management)
  • Hotel logistics management
  • Venue research and liaising
  • Client liaison
  • Developing WIP meeting agenda
  • Running meeting WIP
  • Developing and managing WIP meeting minutes
  • Invite & collateral design & print management
  • Booking and managing parking, audio visual, F&B
  • Booking and managing ad hoc meeting requests
  • Meeting budget management
  • Meeting budget reconciliation
  • Onsite management as required
The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an events agency, but is looking to grow their skills across all elements of events. The candidate will be very passionate about the event industry, and are a discerning thinker who looks at challenges as an opportunity. A collaborative team player open to learning to be an industry best professional.
