Conference Producer

The Company:

Events agency with a dynamic team and a great environment producing world class events focused on technology, innovation, sustainability and investment in a specific sector are looking to grow their team. With a team of over 20 staff, you will be joining the this agency during a great growth phase! 

The Role:

Events agency with a leading portfolio of real estate, construction and workplace events and are looking for someone to take on a portfolio of 6 summits. 

Key Responsibilities include;

• Online and outbound research calls with the industry to identify key trends and themes
• Writing compelling and commercially focused conference agendas
• Identifying and inviting leading industry speakers
• Writing sales briefs for the Audience Development Team
• Working closely with the sponsorship and marketing teams to deliver financial goals
• Liaising with Operations to ensure a smooth event onsite
• Coordinating with your speakers including panel rehearsals in the leadup to the event
• Facilitating the event onsite with your team

The Candidate:

Ideally based out of Sydney and be able to come to the CBD office, the successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, enjoy researching and developing agendas with expert speakers. Creativity and drive are hallmarks of a great producer as is the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and to contribute as part of a team, with a supportive attitude to colleagues
• Proficient in MS Office
