The Company:
This wonderful agency prides itself on organising great attention to detail conference and events for not for profit clients. The company has a well established team who are looking for another great addition that can assist with running conferences and events and is interested to work with NFP and Association clients.
The Role:
The Conference Coordinator reports into an Operations Manager and will work with a Conference Manager to manage some of the larger client events for the agency. Along with conferences, this position will manage meetings, gala dinners, welcome receptions and awards nights.
Key responsibilities will include;
With an understanding of not-for-profit and Association events and a key focus on attention to detail, the right candidate will have worked for either an Association or PCO Agency. The right candidate will have had registration management experience preferably with EventsAIR.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Registration and committee management
- Working with the Conference Manager to manage all events, suppliers and contracts
- Assist in the concept design of the event program for a client
- Budget management of all events requirements and reporting of this
- Project management and sourcing of all suppliers for events
- Management of venues and other parties involved operationally in organising the event
- Management of registration processes & travel logistics
- Handling of all committee requests and speaker management
With an understanding of not-for-profit and Association events and a key focus on attention to detail, the right candidate will have worked for either an Association or PCO Agency. The right candidate will have had registration management experience preferably with EventsAIR.
- Registration experience is a must for this role with preferably major registration experience from EventsAIR
- Excellent communication, presentation and strategic time management skills

- Flexible and adaptable to work outside of core hours
